Hathway Hyderabad - asked for termination but reactivated my account

Hi,
I have applied for termination for my Hatway broadband and they asked me for some payment. I made the payment and send them the screenshot. Instead of termination, they reactivated my account and now I am getting hundreds of calls on a daily basis for recharge.
