Hi there,
I am writing to share my recent experience with Ufaber education Pvt. Ltd. And found how they do fraud with people in this such tough situation.
This is Imran khan, I have had a demo from Ufaber for IELTS Ninja+ Immigration services with their VP Shivan Mishra and BDM Mayank Joshi after the demo their team and counselor was calling insisting to pay early due to closing and all. somehow due to my busy schedule, I couldn’t check the reviews of their service.
However; I have paid ***** on **/*/**** after my office hours being my research about their services and customer review. I found they are fraud they make a false commitment with people's, services satisfaction was not good. I have requested to revoke and asked for a refund on **/*/**** just after one day.
They did not respond, late evening counselor called said we had a closing due to I can't connect with your refund will process just drop a mail to the respective email contact@ufaber.com.
I have done the same and waiting for a response there wasn’t any call or confirmation again late evening I called to counselor Jaspreet to check the status she said we had a party after closing our team will do the needful.
After, I am trying their VP Shivank Mishra's number that was not reachable same with counselor number and BDM Mayank too. when you called, they said that they do business on WhatsApp call only. It was quite surprising for me. since I am writing an email to them regards a refund no one listens to me.
VP and Counselor and other stuff just playing saying you are not entitled to refund however you can transfer these services to your friend and others. Today they have informed me that only **% refund can be possible.
I have replied and asked’ When I have not availed any services so far why should I pay? No replied
I have sent an email to Ufaber founder Rohit Jain regards with my concern but nothing happens. He did not bother to reply.
Kindly help me regards let me know what should I do? I am thinking of FIR but not sure will it work or not.
