It was an application error. Even though I was selecting **th Dec date for Pathankot to Delhi bus, it was showing me of **th Dec only. And I thought it was mistake done by my side firstly but again it happened and again got booked for **th Dec.
Kindly cancel my * tickets of Pathankot to Delhi on **th which were booked due to application issue.
I was suppose to book for **th Dec.
As considering existing customer kindly do the needful and cancel with full refund.
Had attached ticket for reference kindly cancel.
Had tried couple of time connectinv on customer care.please assist and help with refund. Requesting please
Please find attached video of Application Bug, wherein I am trying to search for **th Buses from Pathankot to Delhi ( As Sample ), and it was giving me the search result for **th Dec.
And like this way it happened with me in my last bookings which I had attached in my previous mail. Requesting you to kindly do consider this Application bug and help me with my REFUND!
