Flipkart - Antivirus License key not received via email no resolution for customer support

I ordered for F-Secure safe ( antivirus software) from Flipkart on the *th of September, the license key was supposed to deliver by email the same day. The next day(** sept****), I registered a complaint through chat support and the Flipkart representative assured resolution with the **th of September. Then on September **th, I contacted Flipkart customer care, and they told me to wait. That day got another mail to wait till the **th to get a resolution. But till today(** Sep), I haven't received the license key for the software
