I paid Rs ****** to complete the compliance of a US-registered company and close the company so that I don't have any liability.
I was informed that the process will be completed in a month. It's been almost **+ days now and they haven't completed the work.
Due to their delay, I am facing loss every single day and my $*** is stuck. I have been asking them from last ** days to update Vakilsearch as registered agent in Delaware for our company since they are handling our compliance and closure of the company. But they are neither closing the company, nor giving any update on timeline.
I had a similar experience when I paid them to register a PVT Ltd company which they completed in * months.
The whole experience has been pretty bad and every other day I had to waste a few hours trying to follow up with them.
The mental trauma and financial losses these guys have caused over the last * months is beyond measure.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
