Club Factory App - Amount was not refunded

I ordered SINMAX Miracast Any Cast dongle *K digital media dongle from Club Factory.After few days i received the item.But i applied for return because the item was not working properly.Club factory sent a courier boy to take return item from me.The courier boy took the item from me.Before picking up the item from me the courier boy checked the item weather it was damaged and full item was was there or not.After checking he got satisfied and took the item.After some time i got a message to my cell phone that the pick up of return was successful. After some days i got a message from club factory that refund of amount was rejected by the seller as partial item was received after return.I complained to Club Factory Support by chatting on this. They told many times the item was not full and there was no full item.But I gave the full item and the courier boy sent from Club Factory picked up the item after he got satisfied.I complained about it to Club factory chatting Support.They took my complaint. After few days the chatting support from Club factory told that refund was not possible as Club factory received partial item.Am i responsible if they received partial item from their courier partner? Actually full item was picked up from me by the courier boy sent from Club factory.So i request you to kindly order the Club Factory to refund my amout paid.
