Hi i have booked my ticket for my journey on **th jun **** *.**pm . for my **th jun **** **.**pm . our bus has been cancelled by the red bus due to some issue and the accepted that we will sending the amount which we are credited . after a couple of minutes i have recived the notification of refund but i checked in my bank account but it is not credited . they send only the notification of the refund but the cheated us through sending the fake notification
