I ordered one women’s Anarkali suit online with the metchant Posaakh in Instagaram and made the online payment of Rs. **** they informed that the item has been shipped on *nd of nov and the delivery time frame was * to * working days , i followed up with them they said on its way and later when i followed up again they saisd that their online account has been hacked and Will get back . They have not told me where the order is and when i message they dont even reply to my messages in WhatsApp +************. They are posting pictures in instagram saying that they are back n are now taking orders , posting pictures saying happy clients but not responding to my messages in watsapp n instagaram .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
