Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I had made a purchase of Rs.***/- on *nd of November. I also made a payment through Net Banking in my account at State Bank of India. Subsequently, I received a message saying that the payment had failed. But the amount was debited from my account at that time. Later, I cancelled the order. But it showed that I would not be able to claim the refund as it was pay on delivery.The payment was actually made through Net banking and the amount got debited from my account. I am hereby enclosing the proof of the payment in my bank account.
You asked me to check the payment status after ** hours. I checked my bank statement but the amount did not get credited yet.I also contacted the customer care of the State Bank of India. But they asked to contact you related to this refund matter. Kindly do the needful.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
