Upstox - AMOUNT NOT TRANSFERRED TO THE BANK ACCOUNT

Smruti Ranjan Gochhayat filed complaint against Upstox on May 18, 2021

Upstox says the amount requested for withdrawal before * am is deposited into the bank account on the same day. I had made a request on **.**.****. Their dashboard shows that the amount has been deposited to my bank account on the same day. But it is **.**.****, *.**pm. I have not yet received the amount. The same was also happened on the **th of may ****. And it is the same amount I requested again. They are not even responding to the support tickets raised by me. They don't even respond on twitter. Their support team being stubborn telling me to follow default steps. More money is already in the demat account. I don't know money is safe or not.
