VIVO - Amount not returning back for last 2 months

Dear sir/madam,
While purchasing my vivo y** mobile worth of Rs. *****. They offered me physical damge of display warranty of Rs. **** for one year. Because they forced my so that I paid and got the cheque like format hand written receipt. If there is no any display damage issue they promised to return back as amount after * year. but now no issues after * year I went to claim that amount not only * or * times I went to our padi branch for more than ** times and moreover called many times wherever I'm calling different person will pick phone and needs to explain them from the beginning whole story. Everybody saying that needs to take mail approval from officials. Like wise * months gone. Money is not important but how many times I need to visit branch for atleast **** rupees. That is my concern. Please as of now no phone calls nothing unless we wantedly call ask ask. Very very worst customer service ever I seen here. Very very worst response. If you do like this how the customer will walk in to the store next time.
Pls try to resolve this other wise I will take legal action on this very strongly.
