Flipkart - Amount not returned after order cancellation

Ordered a product (Lenovo Tablet) from Flipkart on **st March. Flipkart/seller cancelled my order on the same day but are telling to send refund by *st April, which is more than ** days later. Why is Flipkart holding my money, usually a refund takes max of *-* days. Whenever i try to ask this to flipkart customer care, they don't give a satisfactory response. They can't show me their policy where it's written that it'll take more than ** days for the refund of an electronic product.
