i have recharged my mobile using CRED app and its shows transaction success and amount of ***rs has been debited from my account, but for my surprise my mobile not get activated and no transaction takes place on another side means my service not get activated, when i contact the CRED app through chat first they said to wait for ** hours, after ** hours when complaint has been raised and it said in three days its going to be solved but now its *th day of my complaint no action has been taken and no refund has been provided to me, i am facing a lot from this kind of service from CRED app and main thing is that this people is not having customer contact service to discuss with them.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
