I had a booking on **st of june with booking id: QDTV****
Due to unhygienic and unhealthy hotel conditions i was moved to a different hotel the price of which was less than the original amount i paid via prepaid mode. it's over ** days of me chasing oyo customer support every day for refund but all of them keeps the call on wait for longer than **-** mins and i have not received a single help from anybody. Fortunately i was able to record most of the calls and an email from Lakshmi Mishra (Guest Experience Manager OYO) but again there was no refund even after ** working days.
They have mentally harassed me alot and wasted hell lot of my time.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
