Thamaraikannan filed complaint against Zomato on May 13, 2019
I placed the order on *th May at *.** pm through UPI. The debited amount is Rs ***.*. The order was rejected by the restaurant and the refund status is "we could not deliver this order, as you were unavailable to collect the food at the mentioned address".
Again placed the one more order from the same address, the order was delivered successfully. The two orders were placed from the same address. But one order has rejected another one was delivered. Zomato has cheated me. I want my money back. Also, I need a proper explanation and compromise for rejecting my order without any proper reason and affected my health.
