I ordered in Swiggy on JUN ** in ibaco a cake nd ice cream and Rupees **** paid through online payment. i didnt receive any call Bt from swiggy showing notification order was cancelled.i didnt cancel my order.i asked the customer support y u cancelled the order they saying "we tried to reach but u didnt attend so we cancelled ".I asked for refunding my money bt they saying that for cancellation fee they are charging **** rupees for componsating delivery partner and restaraunt . i didnt receive the food i didnt cancel the order but i should pay **** amount for wat sake..? swiggy are cheating people like this they are looting money from customers .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
