I booked a flight ticket on ** Jan **** from Bangalore to Silchar for ** Feb ****.
After having paid the ticket amount of Rs ****.**, a under processing ticket was issued and after **/** minutes a phone call came from travolook saying ticket prices is hiked, hence I need to pay additional ****.** or else ticket will be cancelled, I didn't opt for a nd the ticket was cancelled.
Since than I am trying to contact on their given numbers but unfortunate no response, also keep writing and respond like it will be refunded in ** to ** days.
Today it's allmost one month and seven days is past .
Now they don't respond my mail also.
Pl help me .
