Travolook - Amount not refunded

Sakshi malhotra filed complaint against Travolook on Aug 5, 2021

I booked a flight from Raipur to Srinagar for INR ****, on **.**.**** from Travolook website.
I did not receive any kind of confirmation on sms or mail regarding the status of my booking
On calling the Travolook team, they said the booking was not confirmed due to some technical issue and the amount will be refunded.
I called them up several times to check about the refund, everytime they denied by saying that its under process and I'll get it soon.
It's going to be a month but i haven't received my refund
This company does not value customer satisfaction neither do they talk properly on calls.
