This is regd refund status of my failed transaction done on travolook website while booking a flight. The transaction failed immediately, but the amount was deducted from my credit card.
Attempted On : **rd Apr, ****
Payment via credit card.
Since then contacted their customer care via email and phone. They promise to refund the amount, but till date the amount is not refunded.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
