On *th April **** i booked an Indigo airlines ticket from Chennai to Mumbai and amount **** got debited and message came as "Thank you for your Booking.
Your booking is under process kindly wait for a while. The process may take ** minutes; if the process gets delay then you can contact our travel experts on toll-free number ****-***-****." but immediately i received another email saying
"Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF*********
Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration. Please contact our customer support at ****-***-**** or send us an email at support@travolook.in and one of our travel expert will be pleased to assist you.In Such unlikely event, if your tickets cannot be processed for any reason you will be notified via email or by telephone and your payment will NOT be processed.". Amount is still not refunded.
