Vetri travels - Amount not refunded

I booked * AC Sleeper seat in Vetri travels to travel from Omalur to Chennai on **.**.**** in their website www.vetritravels.com. e Ticket has been issued. Place of my boarding was mentioned as omalur. Time of my boarding was **.** P.M. Few hours before boarding, they called me and said your boarding point was changed which is ** kms away from original boarding point. I called their customer care and asked them to cancel the ticket and refund my amount because there is no means of transportation for me at midnight to go to the changed boarding point. They said we will cancel the ticket and refund your amount. So, I took another bus. After two days, I called them and asked the status of my refund amount. They said, it will be refunded soon. Then again after * days I called them and asked the status of my refund. They replied same. Now, It's been a week, I called again and asked them to refund, they simply saying we can't refund. For a whole week, They made me frustruate and now cheated me.
