On **.**.****, we have waited from **.** pm. for VETRI TRAVELS the depature time is **.** pm, from valayamkulam, madurai to chennai madhavaram, but before one hour they have not informed the driver contact number and also we tried nearby ** to ** times the concern number ********** and ********** over phone but they have not attended a single call. And then upto **.** am. We have waited afterthat we went to home with more woories and disappointed with VETRI TRAVELS . Driver also not contacted us. In this issue we have made unnecessary expenses eg.calltaxi, oneday food and room rent also nearly rs,****/- Then **.**.**** only we went to chennai by another omni bus
