I was travelling from Sivakashi to Chennai on **.**.**** at my business trip. Booked a ticket at AC Sleeper class and the vehicle alloted was NL**B****. Paying a premium ticket fair of Rs. **** per passenger was lacking from basic facilities of Air Conditioning. Absolutely no air circulation makes passengers feels suffocating and claustrophobic. Vehicle operator didn't pay any heed on raising complaint. We had to travel an *.* hour journey in unhealthy condition even after paying the value for the service commited by Vetri Travels.
