Karma bhutia filed complaint against One assist on Jan 12, 2021
Amount of ****/-₹ has been debited from my account (************-icici) through auto debit by One Assist without any prior information. Requested to cancel the plan but they have retained my cancellation request as per icici consumer executive. And the money also jas nt veen refunded.
