Dear sir
I would like to inform you, I had booked Ticket from Lko To Amritsar on ** SEP. (REF********* ) , Payment was successfully complete,But after ** minute we got a mail regarding tickets cancellation.
At a same Time we call your concern department regarding this issue and thay told me Payment was declined due to some technical reason and thay have insured me money will return in your same account after * to ** working days .
But as of now we have not received money in my same account.
Please see the matter seriously.
