NOAMUNDI filed complaint against Ixigo on Mar 10, 2019
We would like to inform you that on **.**.****, I booked the ticket from IXIGO, but in IST time. My ticket was not booked but deducted the amount from ixigo and the company insured me the refund amount of Rs. ***.** will be given within * days. Serval times I mail to IXIGO regarding my extra deduction amount but till now not any response from company side. We are attaching IXIGO mail. Kindly consider my case and refund the amount as early as possible.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
