I book the ticket from Goibibo from Mumbai to Lucknow by jet airways but after a month we came to know jet airways is shut down. I call jet airways but they said you have not directly booked from here you book from Goibibo so you have to ask amount from Goibibo. I called Goibibo they said they are putting for a refund and I will get a refund but every time when I ask for refund they say it's in-process like this * month over now when I’m calling and asking for my refund. Now they saying airlines didn’t refund but what I have to do with airlines I have not booked the ticket from jet airways I book from Goibibo so Goibibo has to refund my money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
