Swiggy - Amount not refund

As I have got the wrong order so the representative told me that the money will be refunded within * -* working days but this incident is of ** may and today is * June still not refund I talked to them many times and different representative says different things the amount was *** .. And again I received wrong order on ** may so they told the same story BT still my money not got refunded... I told them that my previous amount is not still refunded.. So how to believe that this amount will refund surely as they told nothing except saying that they have referred to concerned team ... And God know who are this concern team who are not concerned about this issue ... Swiggy just making fool out of us they should do something for this .. And they also told that they aren't responsible for wrong order ... I don't understand than why they are running this business of delivery of food then
