cred - amount not credited nos response from cred

I paid my HDFC credit card payment through CRED app on **-**-****. The amount Rs.***** was debited from account but still now that amount was not reflected to my credit card. from day on wards am continuously contact to cred support but still now they are not responding properly, my issue was not rectified. I contact my bank customer support team, they said this transaction made successful. cred did not have proper customer care team, how to rectify this issue. HDFC team **% intrest for this payment who will bear this amount please support me for rectify this issue. I have all screenshots for proof.
