Malla Navya Teja filed complaint against Myntra on Dec 14, 2020
I have placed an order on November **th in Myntra and made the payment through phonepe via Paytm bank.
The payment has been declined and the order was not placed.After sometime I received a notification from phonepe saying that the transaction has been successfully done.
When I opened Myntra it still showed that the order was not placed.
When I called the Myntra customer service they said they have not received the money and asked me to consult my bank.When I reached to Paytm Bank customer service,they said the money has been sent from them to the merchant.
I have not received my money until today and it has been more than ** days.
