Its been * months I had done payment from my credit card on **-Feb-**** on their bill desk. The amount is not updated in the credit card. Since from *th of March, I am calling to their customer care centre. They are just making fool of me that you can do payment again the amount which is not updated it will be reversed to your account in ** working days. I again did that payment of **** and that one was updated. But the payment done on **-Feb-**** still not updated and the bank is just doing timepass on emails and not returning my money back to me. They are just putting interest on that amount to. Why should I pay interest in that amount which I paid? I want that my payment should be return with interest. I am attaching the entry page of my passbook so that you can check payments done on **-Feb-****.
