AJIO - Amount got deducted but order did not get placed

Order did not take place but amount of **** got deducted from my Paytm account. Their customer care team is giving me recorded answer every time I ask for my money back. It has been a month I am getting false promises that I will get my refund in *-* business days. They are just delaying my refund.
