Sumit Parkash filed complaint against Ajio on Jan 3, 2021
I placed an order on Ajio on *th December ****. I paid an amount of *,***.**. However after the successful payment, the order didn't show in my orders. I raised the issue with support and they issued me a complaint id COM***********. The support said they will resolve the issue in a week. I wait a week and nothing happened. I contacted support and again they issued me a new compliant number COM*********** on **th December ****. Now again it's more than ** days and no response from them. Also in my account I am see my order cancelled and my money hadn't been refunded.
I have try to contact through email and twitter. However they are not responding.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
