My account got debited with Rs. ***+**as the consolidated charges. I asked the manager why my account got debited as I have done all my transactions properly. When I went to the bank then they also not properly answered. I send mail to axis customer care but they also not gave any answer properly.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
