Myntra - Amount got debited but cant see my order in myntra account

I have ordered from myntra on ** may around **:** pm of **** rs. i made this order after login by mobile number and successfully made transaction for clothing section.
Amount got debited from my bank account but i cant see any order placed or update in myntra account. Idk how this is possible or how they are working now. People are loosing their faith in such e-commerce sites after lots of fraud they are doing.
When people are ordering it should be shown to their account or any updates should be made.
Now when i am contacting customer care there is no reply and even worst is i cant write mail to them as they are not accepting it.
Its so pathetic that in this lockdown they are behaving like this.fraud made and not getting any support.
