Big Bazar - amount get not refund

i got called from big bazar company on *th august **** and its location at delhi. Company offered me a led Tv and it said that make a payment rs***** and it will deliever to your address. I made a payment and it was not delieverd on my address. So i make a demand refund of my amount but company employee used to say that it will get refund within **days of company policy. the days has been crossed but amount still not refunded and i made a lots of call to big bazar company and after days he said that make a payment rs***** and your cash prize amount rs****** will get refunded through gateway payment server in your bank account. So i make a payment of rs***** on **th september ****. but still company not refund my amount or cash prize also will credit to my account. even today i called in the company. he doesnt get respond my call
