Dear team,
I have paid two times of rs. ** for buying a amul butter by Kotak digital rupees.
After deducting my payment there employees said we have not received amount your payment will refund with in ** hours please pay again,
I paid again ** RS. but they said same statment again.
Then I paid third tym payment by gpay to buying amul butter and manager said your amount which was deducted two times (**+**) will be refund but there is not a single response by there side . I had all payment screenshot also .
Please help to refund my *** rs.which was deducted on ** Jan ****.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
