Iva Mukherjee filed complaint against Grofers on Jul 14, 2020
I tried placing an order on Grofers on **/*/** for Rs **** through my Standard chartered debit card linked with Payzapp. Due to some technical reasons the amount was debited but the order did not get placed. After few days I even received the cashback of Rs *** in my Payzapp wallet as part of an offer. My Bank as well as Payzapp both confirmed that the transaction is successfull but Grofers says they have not even received the amount. Request to check.
