I ordered an item through Swiggy on **th August. It was supposed to be a surprise for my sister but the item was not delivered and money did not come back. They showed item delivered and didn’t deliver their customer support made all kind of excuses and did nothing.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
