Abhirup Majumdar filed complaint against Jet Airways on Sep 6, 2018
I was booking a ticket for Mumbai-Bangalore (*W ***) on **th October. A message was shown that I have exceeded the maximum number of payment retries and that I need to start again. So I did it again and the same message was shown. Afterwards, the fare amount was deducted twice from my account and no tickets have been issued.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
