On **feb I placed an order for amount **** INR at Myntra fashion, unfortunately the transaction was pending for * days. On **feb the transaction was shown as successful but there was NO order placed at all. I buy these stuffs using UBI bank card, my bank accordingly but they confirmed that as the transaction was successful so Myntra can help on that. In my bank statement it is recored the money has been deducted. Since last couple of days I am contacting to Myntra, and on **th March they mentioned that they received the amount and will refund within *-** working days. But till yesterday here was no refund of the money yet
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
