I have booked two tickets in Shatabdi express on **/*/**** for travelling from jhansi to Hazrat Nizamuddin for (**/*/****). when i booked tickets online amount (****/-)has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked and transaction has been processed, till now my money was not credited in my account transaction ID- IIN/ IRCTC/**************.Then on the same day itself again i booked tickets for the same amount then i got confirmed reservation.
I request you to pls help me to get my money back.
