I have booked a room in Wild Elephant resort Munnar on **/**/**** .Amount of Rs **** got debited from my bank account but hotel is not confirmed yet. They sent a mail saying that a customer representative will contact me but no one contacted me till now. I tried to contact their customer service number several times but still no response. I sent them mail but still no response. I tried to cancel the booking but that too is not possible , the site is telling that it cannot fetch the refund details. I am totally fustrated as the amount is deboted from my account and there is no response from them. It is like they have looted me. I called the hotel also ,they told there is no updation about my booking from yatra.com. So no information on confirmation, no information on refund but my money is deboted from my account.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
