This is regarding the amount debited from my account without my concern when I was talking with Goibibo representative to cancel my booking and want to refund my money back. In the process, it was found that four times account was debited which is almost **k. When I asked the person regarding that and they confirmed that it will be further credited which was not true. In fact ICICI investigation dept. also refused to credit the amount as it is already deducted in fraud manner and there is no way possible to get the money back. The phone no I got communicated is ********** which is coming invalid now.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
