Ajio app - Amount debited from account but showing failed

I am still waiting for my refund of ****/ since **th April **** and shirt refund amount ****/, pickup has been done ** days ago but still not received.
In Ajio App and customer care mail id I have already submitted all detail but still waiting for my refund.
