I had placed an order on **th August around **:** am .
I have made the Payment using SBI debit card which was successful and i have received the confirmation of debit from bank.
I have not recieved any confirmation about the order from their side !
When I checked the order status inside the app , it showed Payment confirmation is pending and i have to wait for **min. After waiting for ** min when I opened the app I saw that my order has been declined.
How can this happen when the transaction was successful ?
Either the amount should be refunded immediately or my order must be accepted
I have called many times to customer care and also wrote email but there is absolutely no response from their side.
I am feeling cheated that I may have lost my hard earned money !
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
