Zebpay - Amount crefited from bank but not reflecting in zebpay wallet

I have tried to deposit balance***** from central bank account through upi to zebpay wallet
My transaction was pending amount got deducted from my account and it was not credited to my zebpay wallet
This transaction was done on ** jan at *.**pm ..
I have received a msg from team bhim upi that the transaction was successful where as no such amount is reflecting in my zeb pay wallet
Sharing you the screen shot for the transaction plz help me how to go about it
So that i can receive rs *****
I havnt got any response from team zeb pay yet
Hoping for a quicker solution
Plz help me in this
