Bharat Kannikanti filed complaint against Air India on Jul 7, 2020
Actually i went to UK on work purpose and wanted to travel back to India by Air india Vande bharat mission , So tried to book a ticket on **-**-**** , For date **-**-**** from UK to Hyderabad using my credit card , This booking is failed after payment with error page and ticket was not generated.
so after * hour i was able to see tickets for other date and successfully booked a ticket with my debit card and travelled back to india.
For the first time credit card booking transaction was not recorded until ** hours and after that a payment was recorded on my card.
So i want this credit card transactin back from Air india , I had already mailed to all the possible Air india E-mail id's and they had already replied saying

Dear Mr Bharat,
Greetings from Air India!!!
At the outset, we regret for the inconvenience experienced by you regarding the dual
payments while booking online with Air India to travel from UK to India.
We wish to inform you that your feedback has been forwarded to the concerned
department for their necessary action and refund the amount if dual payments received
our end.The concerned team will revert as soon as possible till such time kindly bear with us.
Thanking you and Assuring you of our best attention at all times.
