D2h Videocon - Amount being deducted but TV not working since activation

Videocon d*h is not reachable since months after wasting hours of trying. If call connects then they transfer to their senior for resolution but call disconnect. They don't call back after registering call back option. The company is failed. My second tv is not working since the day I activated. I have sent mail also to disconnect but still, money is deducted for that and their phone is not reachable. It is frustrating when after holding the line phone disconnected. Please never buy Videocon d*h. I'd ********.
