I made a booking on Jan **th from Madurai to Dubai for Feb *th * pax (* adults and * Infant) on the Spicejet website. The amount has been deducted from my account but I didn't get my booking details. It's been. I have raised a complaint at custrelations@spicejet.com till now no one has addressed my issue and they did share any Case IDs to follow up.
